All orders are packed and posted by Godmachine and Mrs Godmachine and not in some factory by magic elves.
UK - all orders are sent via Royal Mail* 2nd Class Tracked and Signed For
REST OF THE WORLD - all orders are sent via Royal Mail* and will have a tracking number. Some packages may require a signature.
Unfortunately we are unable to add any special instructions for delivery eg safe place instructions
* certain products will require a different shipping method, but we always use a Tracked service :)
All orders are sent out with a tracking number from Royal Mail. We use their Drop and Go Service, so tracking info is normally available a day or 2 after a drop off.
As soon as we have the tracking for your order we will update Big Cartel
I'VE ORDERED TWO THINGS AND ONLY ONE HAS TURNED UP?
If you have ordered two items, they may well have to be shipped separately, especially if they are different types of product.
If one item from your has turned up and the other one hasnt yet- please give it a few days- one may have gone in one sack and the other in a different sack and poor old posty has yet
to work his way around to them. It is stressful for things to be split up in the post and although I tell all my stuff to look after each other, sometimes they stray apart.
All brushes are sent manually and by email.
This service is NOT automated. Codes will be sent out within 5 days.
Passwords will be sent to you via the email address provided in Paypal, so please ensure it is correct.
The link to the brushes/art packs are on the listing in the shop. Please read carefully before buying.
We will ship all items to the address given in Big Cartel. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information.
If you live overseas but choose the UK delivery option, your full purchase will be refunded.
To help us solve issues quicker- please provide us with as much info as you can e.g. your Big Cartel Order number, the name of the item and where you are based.
This will help us track it all down and sort it out faster.
We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in top condition. All items are throroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out.
If something should go wrong and your item doesn't reach you in the condition you would expect, please get in touch.
We send out hundreds of items so the chances of one or two getting damaged or getting lost will happen- it is not personal, it is not anyone's fault- shit happens.
If it does happen we will sacrifice a forest demon in your honour and deal with the problem as quick as possible to make sure you are happy.
Due to the limited nature of many of our products, if your item is damaged we may not always be able to send you a replacement. Please get in touch to see what options are available to you.
